- Purpose of the policy
The purpose of this policy is to define the categories, conditions and duration of current Club Membership.
- Membership categories
2.1 Current Members: Any member that registers on the AFDA registration page for a Kaos-run event, or as a member of a Kaos sanctioned representative team, within the current club season qualifies for Full Club Membership.
2.2 Non-playing Members: Any member that volunteers for the Club during the current club season, in an appointed role such as a committee member, coach, selector, team manager, is considered a Non-playing Member and entitled to Full Club Membership.
2.3 Honorary Life Members: Honorary Life Members may be granted to persons, who have reached the age of eighteen years and have rendered exceptional service to the Club. An Honorary Member shall have the rights of a Full Current Member, but shall be exempt from paying the Club’s Current Membership Fees.
- Duration of membership
3.1 The Kaos Ultimate Club Season runs from 1 September of the current year to 31 August of the following year. All membership categories will be valid for the full Club Season.
