Australian National Season

For intermediate to experienced players looking for further competition and development opportunities our major competitive season runs from November – April in the Australian separate gender season.

We having been sending teams to represent Kaos at the Australian Ultimate Championships (Division 1 and 2) every year since 2009.

2023 Season update (4/10/22)

The 2023 Kaos season is rapidly approaching and athlete EOI’s are now open! Get yourself registered and start training to give yourself the best chance of being on field with Kaos this season.

Selections will be held on Tuesday 8th and Sunday 13th November. A heads up from the coaches – selections will include some S&C testing so please come to selections and the beginning of the elite training season having begun your physical preparation to be an elite ultimate athlete!

Season Timeline

Selections for these teams are held in November with the training and competition season running from Late November to April.

  • 2022/2023 Kaos Season

    October 4th 2022 – Athlete Registration open (Closes 5th Nov)

    November 2022 – Team selection events (8th and 13th Nov)

    24th November 2022 – Team training commences

    Christmas/New Year Break

    January 2022 – Team training resumes (5th Jan)

    January 22nd 2023 – Beach Hat Sorrento Beach Rego Closes 19th of Jan

    February 12th 2023 – Western Regionals

    March 10-11th 2022 – Interstate Tournament March Madness in Victoria

    April 2022 – AUC Division 1 (22-25th of April Ballarat)

    May 15th 2022 – End of Season Celebration Evening Night location to be confirmed


Throughout the season Kaos teams train twice weekly – Thursday from 6:30-8:30pm at College Park, Nedlands. As well as Sunday’s 9-11 Yokine Reserve.

Invitations to join the training squad on a regular or occasional basis are offered at the discretion of the coach. Please contact to enquire.


The Division 1 season typically costs players around $1000-$1200, depending on the location of AUC. This includes flights to AUC, accommodation at AUC, tournament fees for AUC and Western regionals, uniforms, club membership, coaching and ticket/subsidised for the Kaos End of Season function.

Other competitive playing opportunities
