Kaos Ultimate Club is hosting an Ultimate frisbee clinic for girls and boys aged 10-14 on Wednesday 2nd October, 2019. Participants will learn the fundamental skills of the sport of ultimate (“ultimate frisbee”) from world-class coaches who have played and coached on State and National teams. Enjoyment of physical activity and learning new skills will be a big focus of the clinic, with lots of games and activities designed to improve players’ catching, throwing and positional awareness on the field. As a self-refereed sport, players will also discover the social tools necessary to speak up and negotiate with other players – building confidence, assertiveness and lasting friendships.
